We are open and dispatching orders as normal, we are also accepting fittings at our Mayfair showroom and have put various steps in place to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.
The health and safety of our clients is our number one priority, we have put various steps in place to reduce the possibility of any potential transmission of the virus. We have gone above and beyond government guidelines to safeguard our staff and clients.
Each garment is wet or dry-cleaned and goes through an additional steaming process which heats items to 120°, according to the CDC, flu viruses are killed by heat above 75°. Each garment is then sprayed with an antibacterial detergent and is carefully packaged by our team whilst wearing a mask and gloves. Any items that have been worn or returned are thoroughly cleaned and quarantined for a minimum of three days.

2. Our Mayfair showroom is thoroughly cleaned before and after each and every fitting using hospital grade anti-viral cleaner.
3. Contactless Pickup: We offer contactless pick up from our Mayfair showroom, along with contactless checkout with Apple Pay.
4. Employee Safety Measures: Employee’s will wear face masks, wash their hands frequently and observe socially distancing rules. We have a system of testing all our employee’s for antibodies on a regular basis.
Sunglasses and jewellery are cleaned with alcohol and our handbags and shoes are thoroughly cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant. We also work closely with The Restory who assist with handbag and shoe cleaning.
You can cancel or change your rental date at any time before your item has been dispatched, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to change or cancel an order.
Please note, if your item has already been dispatched and you would like to cancel your rental, please ensure you email, call or whatsapp us the same day of receiving your item and keep all garment tags intact in order to be eligible for a refund. You can ship items back the next day using your prepaid returns label.

Front Row is a luxury-on-loan service providing access to statement pieces straight from the runway from the world’s most coveted designers. Not only do we offer statement gowns and dresses, we also offer designer ski wear and luxury accessories. We also have an exclusive international collection featuring clothing and accessories from designers such as Sabyasachi, Manish Malhotra & Faraz Manan.
We aim to provide a lifestyle service that caters to all your needs, we have a group of experienced stylists that can assist with personal styling, luxury sourcing and wardrobe detox’s.
We have hundreds of styles available to rent online.
1. Browse through our website and filter by size, occasion, event date and price.
2. Reserve items up to three months in advance, rental periods are typically five days, however you can contact us for longer or shorter rentals. Please get in touch with our team for any last-minute rental requests.
3. All items are delivered ready to wear, your order will arrive on day one of your reservation, you will keep it for the following two days and return on the fourth day.
4. Simply attach your pre-paid returns label to your package and our team will get in touch with the return instructions.
No unfortunately not, we recommend ordering the item online and trying it in the comfort of your home.
We use a specialist dry cleaner who understands the care required in cleaning our garments. No matter how delicate or embellished, you can be certain that the items you receive have been cleaned for your wear.
Currently we only ship to the UK, we are hoping to expand our services soon.
The Terms & Conditions you agree upon when placing an order state that you will be the only person wearing the item during the rental period. If someone else wears the item during your rental period, please note that you will be held liable if any damage occurs to the item.

If your item doesn’t fit, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 hours of receiving your item, we will refund the rental fee and arrange a collection or alternatively we can arrange to send another style or size in time for your event – don’t worry we won’t charge you any delivery costs. All garment tags must remain in tact, otherwise we may charge you the full rental fee. We don’t offer any refunds on accessories and handbags.
You can cancel an order right until the point of dispatch. Please email us on email@example.com to change or cancel an order, we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your rental start date.
We will make sure your item is steamed and wrinkle-free when we send it out to you, however we can’t control any wrinkling that results from the shipping-process so the item may need to be steamed when it arrives.
Please leave the dry cleaning to us, we use a specialist dry cleaner who understands the care required in cleaning our garments. No matter how delicate or embellished, you can be certain that the items you receive have been cleaned for your wear.
We understand that some items may not fit perfectly; therefore we allow minor alterations where possible for our international collection pieces. Please do not attempt to alter any of the items yourself, if you would like to enquire about an alteration after receiving your item, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will book in a private fitting with our in-house tailor at our Mayfair showroom, please note alterations may be charged for.
We highly recommend taking out the optional insurance fee to cover against any minor stains and damages. However, significant damage and theft aren’t covered by our insurance policy. Damaged items are assessed on a case by case basis depending on the level of damage, the difficulty of repair and whether the item can be replaced. If the item is damaged beyond repair, we will charge you for the estimated market value of the item as determined by our team.

Delivery & Returns
Our delivery fee is a flat rate of £10.00, we work with UPS who provide a next day delivery service. Our team will be in touch with the tracking information the day your items are dispatched. We will send a pre-paid returns label at no added cost. Please email us for same day or next day rentals on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Simply package up your item and attach your pre-paid returns label to the outside of your package. You can either call UPS on 0345 787 7877 to arrange a free collection or drop off your package at a local UPS store on your return day. You can find your local UPS drop-off point here.
Please do not try to clean the item yourself, simply email us on email@example.com and we can help you. You may be charged for the cleaning costs, we highly recommend the optional insurance to avoid being charged.
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org the same day you received your item and return your item using the prepaid returns label the next day, all garment tags must remain in tact, otherwise we may charge you the full rental fee. We don’t offer any refunds on accessories and handbags.

The rental price is between 10% – 15% of the retail price, we charge a flat rate of £10 for delivery and also offer an optional £15 damage protection against any minor damages such as small stains, tears and issues with the zip.

No, we do not require a deposit. If it is your first time renting with us, we will need you to kindly verify your offline ID
